Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my order
If you have provided an email, we will be sent a tracking number on dispatch of your order.
If you log onto - An Post - http://track.anpost.ie/TrackOne.aspx
And paste in your tracking number this will provide you with immediate location information.
If you have any issues, please call us on 056 7768088 and we will ensure any issue is deal with immediately.
Are the products all of good quality and from accredited suppliers?
We only work with the top brands and suppliers in the educational sector. The quality of our products don’t just have to withstand 2 or 3 kids, they have to be able to take years of use in school environments. Our commitment to quality products starts with our suppliers.
We have a number of suppliers all over Europe, all of which comply with Quality Mark CE Certification as a minimum. One of our main suppliers, TTS is an international company with huge commitment to quality and environmental sustainability.

All toys and educational products sold within the EU must carry the CE symbol, and all of our suppliers are longstanding reputable companies.

Are all of the products in stock?
All of our products are held in stock except where identified with specific availability times. Due to the vast range of products on our Early Years, Toys and Schools sites (over 3,000 products) some products have special delivery times which are specified on the product page. E&OE, if a product is marked down in error EASE retain the right to cancel that order.
How long does it normally take to get delivered?
We dispatch all orders the very same day if received before 12 noon, we will contact you if there is any delay in delivery. Delivery to your Ireland & UK address is normally within 3/4 working days of our dispatch.
Can I send my order to another address?
It’s very simple, there is an option when you are putting through your order to fill in a different delivery address and phone number but it is important that there will be somebody to take the order at that delivery address. The courier will always attempt a second delivery and also will make a phone call to the delivery phone number you have provided us. If there is likely to be nobody at the delivery address then consider giving us details of a work address of that family, or a neighbour to that family that is made aware of the delivery.
How secure is my credit or debit card information?
Your credit card details are totally secure. All credit and debit cards are processed securely through STRIPE, Shopify Pay and Paypal, internationally recognised and secure payment processing companies
We don’t get your payment details at all, when it comes to payment you will see the little green lock on the top address line and you will be linked directly into their payment system.
What if I want advice on a product?
Having been in the business for over 20 years, this is where we excel. Just give us a call on 056 77 68088, we are more happy to talk about products that we have or if you are looking for something you can’t see online maybe we can source it for you.
How much is the delivery for my order?
If you are a school, creche or local authority delivery is free. If you checkout as guest or private individual and you spend over €60, we do not charge any delivery fee. If you purchase less than €60 we charge a standard fee of €4.99 per order. But we often have special offers where we offer free delivery so watch out for them.
How are orders delivered?
All items are delivered by An Post or our local couriers for larger items. We dispatch all orders the very same day if received before 12 noon. Delivery to your preferred address is within 3 working days of our dispatch.
All items including indoor/outdoor furniture are delivered flatpacked, requiring self assembly unless otherwise stated.
Does somebody need to be in the delivery address to receive a delivery?
Yes, our courier cannot leave items without getting a signature. However, if you want something dropped at a neighbour or work address that’s no problem.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch all orders the very same day if received before 12 noon. Delivery to your preferred address is within 3 working days of our dispatch. Remember if you give us a business address delivery will be faster. For remote homes in rural areas count 4 working days.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
No problem, the courier will ring to organise an alternative day and time and will always make a second attempt to deliver.
Are all items found on the web in stock?
All items we display on the website are on our shelves except for the items that we detail on our web as having longer availability times such as some furniture or larger outdoor items. This extended lead time is detailed in the description of that item.
What happens if the item is not suitable when it arrives with us?
No issue, all you need to do is get it back to us in a resaleable condition within 7 working days after receiving it. So either drop it back to us in Knocktopher, Kilkenny (Exit 10, M9) or or post / courier it back to us at your cost. We will then reimburse you for the purchase value of the item(s).
What happens if an item arrives damaged or breaks soon after use?
Our guarantee is secure. Get it back to us by either dropping it into our showroom or post / courier it back to us. If the damage fault is obvious we will reimburse you for the price of the item plus your incurred posting costs.
What happens if I wish to add or cancel an item after concluding an earlier order?
Again no problem if the original order has not already left us for delivery to you. The easiest way is to telephone us on 056 77 68088 (00 353 56 7768088 international customers) so we can amend or cancel your order.
What Payment methods do you accept?
For orders placed on the web we accept Visa, Visa Debit (Ireland) Mastercard and American Express. Bank Transfer, Cheques or Postal Orders/Drafts are also accepted however, we will need to have funds in our account before we dispatch the goods.For card security reasons we ask customers never under any circumstances email us or leave a voicemail detailing your credit card details.
Where do EASE deliver?
We deliver all over Ireland and internationally. Delivery costs may vary on international deliveries so we will confirm costs before we dispatch the order and you can decide to accept/reject delivery charges and your account will be credited/debited as appropriate.
OTHER INFORMATION
Payment
All goods remain the property of EASE until the account has been paid in full. For educational organisations we offer an Invoice option. The invoice is due on receipt and can be paid by bank transfer or card
Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to hold most products in stock however, due to the large turnover of products we cannot always guarantee this. We do however, indicate on the individual products the availability time. Delivery is FREE for schools, crèches and local authorities. This applies to Ireland & UK mainland only.
For orders over €60 including vat by Guest checkout or by private individuals are delivered free in Ireland. Orders under €60 including vat will incur a €4.99 delivery charge, although we often offer special free delivery on promotions.
International Delivery
We ship to Ireland, Europe, England the USA and Canada. We use the Irish Post Air Mail Service for international deliveries. During checkout, look for the country you are in and add shipping cost to basket eg “DeliveryUK”, DeliveryCanada” etc. This is an estimate only, if there are large shipping costs due to multiple items we will email you with the quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order or not.
When we receive your acceptance, we will ship your order without further delay. International Air Mail deliveries generally take up to 14 business days to arrive after despatch, however, due to stricter border security controls they can be held up from time to time in customs, either here in Ireland, or in your country.
Insurance
ALL Irish orders are registered and insured to their full value.
Out of Stock Items
We try to have over 50% of our complete range in stock at all times and the rest of our products on regular back order. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified when the order is being dispatched with full details.
Guarantee
All our products conform to European Safety Standards . If you wish to return any items please call us within 7 days of receiving goods . You will be responsible for re packaging the item and sending goods back to our address in Kilkenny.
Damage and Returns

The company must be advised on any damaged goods within 5 days of delivery.

The website has been developed with your rights and needs in mind and will be maintained according to strict guidelines and policies. In particular, these include EASE's Privacy Principles which have been designed to ensure that personal information is protected and to specify the guidelines for the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information.
We only hold your basic information Name, address, phone and email. We NEVER share 3rd party information with others. You can request to access and correct any information EASE collects about you at any time and advise us of any corrections you wish to make.

If there is a prolonged period of inactivity between your browser and the EASE servers, you may be disconnected or we may ask you to resubmit a security password. We are not responsible for any information you may lose should a disconnection occur. There may be other occasions when we will ask you to resubmit a password for security purposes.

You indemnify us from and against all losses, damages, liabilities or costs directly or indirectly suffered or incurred by us (including as a result of a claim by a third party) due to or arising out of or in any way connected to use of the website.
