EASE Customizable Products:
Our made-to-measure products are customizable according to your preferences. Please note that these personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a hidden defect. Before confirming your order, please carefully review the desired characteristics of your customized mat to ensure accuracy
At all times EASE products are priced competitively and we strive to hold our prices subject to our suppliers. The prices displayed on our website at the time of order placement apply. If, for economic reasons or changes in taxes, prices need to be adjusted, we will inform you of the changes when you place your order Please note that our prices are displayed including and excluding taxes, with VAT rate of 23% where applicable. Prices and taxes are valid for Ireland. If there are any changes in taxes, they may be applied to the sales price of the products. We will inform you in advance of any such changes e.g. International sales (outside of the EU) may incur additional tax costs. We will inform you if this applies to your order. Discounts negotiated with EASE, such as those related to tenders or business agreements, are not applicable to already discounted prices, clearance items, or delivery solutions. Discounts on items with already discounted prices will be applied to the original price.
You can place orders on our website, by telephone, or post using the product numbers provided on our website. Before confirming your order, please make sure to read and accept these terms and conditions of sale. Confirming your order indicates your acceptance of these terms. Take the time to review the contents, prices, and correct any errors before confirming. Please note that confirming an order implies an obligation to pay for it. For orders sent by post or telephone, please be aware that they imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, as stated here. Orders are subject to availability. We fulfill orders based on available stock, and for products not stored in our warehouses, contingent on availability from our supplier. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the displayed price is incorrect or if there are suspicions of fraudulent intentions. In case of an ongoing payment dispute with a client, we reserve the right to hold shipment of the new order.
Delivery is free on orders over €100. We apply a handling and processing charge of €6 on every order delivered within the Republic of Ireland. Additional delivery charges apply to bulky items and special deliveries, these are indicated at checkout. Please note that our furniture is delivered unassembled, and assembly services are not included in the prices. If you require assembly services, please contact us for a quote.
We try to have over 60% of our complete range in stock at all times and the rest of our products on regular back order. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified when the order is being dispatched with full details.
We strive to deliver your merchandise within approximately 5 working days from the date of order placement. However, please note that this timeframe is for information purposes only and depends on factors such as the availability of freight carriers and the order queue. If there are exceptional circumstances where we cannot meet the delivery timeframe, we will inform you and give you the option to maintain or cancel the order.
Please note that the delivery timeframe may vary for orders involving a large number of items or customized articles.
An Post is our main delivery method. For bulky deliveries we will arrange a delivery date. During peak periods like back-to-school or festive seasons, or for deliveries on specific dates, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible. Transfer of Title and Liability:
The title of the products remains with EASE until full and effective payment is received, and all obligations to EASE have been fulfilled. Until then, the delivered products are considered consigned, and the customer assumes full liability for any damage or loss caused to or by the products. In case of non-payment, EASE may, without prejudice to other rights, request the immediate return of the products at the customer's expense through registered delivery.
Please carefully examine the delivery docket upon receipt and, in the presence of the courier, check the number of packages received and the condition of the goods. If any parcels arrive damaged, please immediately check the condition of the product(s) and write "damaged goods" on the delivery docket. You may also refuse delivery for this reason. We accept most credit cards, bank drafts, cheques and postal orders. For Government funded organisations , and schools we can open an immediate account. All payments through www.ease.ie are securely processed externally through Shopify/STRIPE Payments. This payment is taken from your account at checkout. We do not have access to or store customer payment details.
Please note that no discounts are granted for advance payments. The products remain the property of EASE until full payment of the invoice. When payment is made with credit card over the phone, the card will be charged when available products are shipped. If paying by cheque, the cheque must be issued by an Irish bank and made out to EASE LTD. Please include order or invoice reference on cheques. Please strictly observe the payment deadlines granted by EASE. Failure to do so may result in the following consequences:
All outstanding sums may become payable immediately and automatically if an invoice remains partially or fully unpaid.
In the case of a legal action, we reserve the right to apply a penalty payment of 20% on the outstanding amount(s) without prior notice, without prejudice to interest and costs.
Discount Voucher: Conditions of Use
These conditions apply whenever you accept a purchase voucher offered by our website. Please note that EASE may edit these conditions at any time without prior notice. The changes will only apply to purchase vouchers issued after the changes. During events organized by EASE or other companies, we may freely distribute purchase vouchers to our website visitors, whether they make a purchase or not, to all attendees or specific categories. These vouchers entitle the holders to price discounts on future purchases, either in absolute value or as a percentage of the purchase price. Please note the following:
- The validity of a discount voucher can be checked on the shopping cart page.
- Specific terms and conditions for discount voucher use are specified when they are issued.
- The value of a discount voucher cannot be reimbursed in cash.
- In the event of a total or partial return of an order, the portion of the price paid with a discount voucher will be refunded with another discount voucher.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EASE. Therefore, we offer a 20-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with an item or made a mistake when ordering, you have 20 consecutive days from the receipt of the goods to cancel your order without any penalties. Simply return the product to us, at your expense, in brand new condition and its original packaging to EASE, Barrettstown, Knocktopher, Kilkenny, R95 EW64 Upon receipt of the product in brand new condition, we will refund or exchange the product within 30 days, as per your request and subject to availability. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to tendering contracts or tailor-made products.
At EASE, we take our responsibilities seriously. However, we cannot be held liable if the non-performance of our obligations is due to unforeseeable or insurmountable faults of third parties or force majeure events, as defined in Irish case law and the following section. We decline any liability for damage or accidents resulting from the incorrect use of a product.
Force majeure events, in addition to those recognized by Irish case law, include total or partial strikes internal or external to EASE, transport or supply blockades for any reason, government or legal restrictions, computer breakdowns, telecommunications blockades, including networks and the Internet. If a force majeure event occurs, it will automatically suspend order fulfillment. If, after a period of 3 months, the force majeure event persists, the order will be automatically canceled unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
We want you to have a worry-free shopping experience at EASE. That's why we offer a contractual warranty on our products, in addition to the statutory latent defect warranty as per the Irish Civil Code. Our products are covered by a minimum 1-year contractual warranty, allowing you to return defective or unfit products within the warranty period. Many of our products have longer warranty periods, which are specified in each product description in our catalogues and on our website. Please note that our contractual warranties do not cover abnormal or non-compliant use of the product, normal wear and tear, or external incidents. Specific instances not covered include normal wear and tear to parts, consumables, incorrect use or maintenance, external causes, damage due to incorrect client repair, and items with specified expiry dates. During the warranty period, if a product is found to have material or manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it with a similar product based on its value and the magnitude of the defect. If we are unable to provide a new or repaired product within 20 days after receiving your return, we will extend the warranty period accordingly, except if the product does not fall within the scope of the contractual warranty. For repairs requested outside the warranty period, return shipping charges are at the customer's expense. Spare parts, wear parts, and repaired parts may be invoiced separately, and a quote will be provided upon request.
We strive to provide excellent after-sales service to our customers. Damage & Returns:
For exchanges and returns, please note EASE must be contacted prior to return.If you wish to return any items please call us within 7 days of receiving goods . You will be responsible for re packaging the item and sending goods back to our address in Kilkenny. The company must be advised on any damaged goods within 5 days of delivery. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documents. Packaging and return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the return falls under warranty conditions. Returned goods may be sent back to customers if they are not in perfect condition, in original packaging. Please note that custom-made items based on accepted quotes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any total or partial reproduction of our website content including text and images without express permission is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
