Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery
- Delivery is free for any orders over €100 + VAT. If order is under €100 a delivery charge of €6.50 plus vat will be automatically added at checkout. Excl Bulky items. which are indicated on the product page and are charged at €30 for a pallet.
- International sales (outside of the EU) may incur additional tax or customs costs which will be advised by your customs agent and is to be paid directly to them.
- We show estimated delivery times on each product, however if you order a mix of products in-stock /with various lead times we will contact you re the delivery lead time.
- Our orders are usually sent with An Post and local couriers but larger orders may go on pallet deliveries. We will keep you informed on dispatch with tracking etc.
- As we process orders, customers will receive email confirmation and dispatch information. An invoice will follow for your records once the goods have been sent.
- All of our orders are insured and tracked.
- Bulky Items are identified on the product page, these items will incur a €30 delivery charge. 1 per cart ie if you have 2 bulky items you will only be charged once.
- To return items please download our Returns label with all information provided
International Deliveries
If you are an international customer placing a small order just process it as normal at checkout.
- For larger deliveries, please add to cart as normal but at checkout, choose QUOTATION and we will give you a price for delivery. If you have any queries just call +353 56 776 8088 or live chat with us.

Tracking Your Delivery
We understand that you may require your order quickly - we are always here to help and happy to update you with delivery information
- Once your order is placed we will keep you informed via email updates.
- Invoices are sent for all orders by email, after the goods have been dispatched.
- In stock items are usually dispatched same day with 2/3 day delivery by An Post.
- Orders with items indicating different delivery timeframes may delay your order.
At any time please feel free to contact us with your order number and we will update you regarding delivery.
Damage and Returns
Damage and Returns
At EASE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. Under Irish consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us if you wish to cancel or return an order made online (distance selling), and a further 14 days to return the goods. We extend this to 30 days total for your convenience.
All goods must be returned by the customer to our warehouse. Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept used items as returns unless they are faulty.
If a product is faulty, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Once the goods are received and inspected, your account will be credited for the value of the product as per your invoice.

We recommend using a tracked courier service and keeping proof of postage.

There are numerous online couriers eg http://www.parceldirect.ie/ who will arrange collection and delivery of the goods, we are happy to help you find a courier if you are having difficulty. It is very important you package the goods well to ensure safe delivery to our factory in Knocktopher
The company must be advised on any damaged goods within 5 days of delivery
