Invoice Me

We are happy to offer the option for schools, government organisations and crèches to receive an invoice when placing orders over €200. This allows your order to be processed without immediate payment. Please note, we do not offer credit, and all invoices are due upon receipt.

 

How to Use the "Invoice Me" Option:

  1. You will process your order at Checkout as normal. 
  2. If you would like to pay by invoice, please do NOT use "Express Checkout." 
  3. IF you are logged into SHOP PAY, you will need to sign out, as you won't be paying. To do this, in another tab google "Shop pay" and choose "Sign out". Then revert back to your EASE Checkout tab and proceed with your order.
  4. You will need to manually enter your address and details. Proceed through the normal checkout process by filling in your details.
  5. Scroll down to the PAYMENT section at the bottom, and choose Invoice the School - Orders over €200 only button. 
  6.  All customers receive an official invoice after the goods are dispatched, regardeless of payment status. 
  7. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card.
  8. To proceed, Go back to your basket and choose green button, CHECKOUT.
