Payments Policy

At EASE, we aim to make ordering as simple and efficient as possible for schools, crèches, and organisations. Below you'll find a clear outline of how payment works when shopping with us.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Bank Transfer 

  • “Invoice the School” (see below for conditions)

Paying by Invoice

We are happy to offer schools, government bodies, and crèches the option to receive an invoice instead of paying at checkout, provided the order total is over €200.

  • Orders over €200:
    You can select “Invoice the School” at checkout and we will process and dispatch your order without upfront payment.

    Orders under €200:
    If you need an invoice, you may still use the “Invoice the School” option. However, we will contact you for payment before your order is dispatched.

Bank Transfer Details

Bank transfer instructions are included on all invoices. Please ensure you reference your order number or invoice number when making payment to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

  • All customers receive an email confirmation and tax invoice once an order is placed.

  • If paying by card or PayPal, your receipt is issued immediately.

  • If paying by invoice, the official invoice is issued once your order is confirmed. Please use your invoice number as your reference in bank payment . 

Refunds on Returns

All refunds are processed using the original payment method used for the order.

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be returned to that card.

  • If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

  • If you paid by bank transfer or invoice, the refund will be made to the same bank account used for payment.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Additional Charges;- Delivery, Assembly

We offer free delivery on orders over €100 including VAT. Orders over €100 will incur a delivery charge of €5.99. at checkout

  • If the order includes a Bulky Item, the delivery charge is €50 for a pallet.  

  • If pallet delivery is required for large orders it is charged at €50 per pallet, we will indicate this to you. 

  • Only one delivery charge is applicable per order, unless we agree additional charges e.g. multiple deliveries. 

  • We do not provide assembly, but can in certain cases offer this service at an additional agreed cost.
