Returns Policy

 

If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return an item.

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received and checked into stock at our warehouse.

  • To return an item please click on this RETURNS LABEL and fill in the returns form which opens

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account within 2/3 working days for the value of the item(s) as per your original invoice. The credit will be issued via the payment method received i.e. Shopify Pay or Paypal as appropriate.

We recommend using reliable couriers such as www.parceldirect.ie or An Post to arrange collection and delivery. If you need help finding a courier, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Important: Please ensure goods are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any product within 30 days if it is still in its original packaging, it has not been used and remains undamaged ie in the brand new condition it was dispatched from the warehouse. 


Damaged Goods

If any items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate once damage is confirmed.

 

Delivery Policy

At EASE.ie, we aim to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Please read the information below for full details on our delivery and returns process.


Delivery Information

  • Orders over €100 qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Orders under €100 will incur a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.

  • Certain bulky items may carry an additional delivery charge. These charges will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page and at checkout.

  • We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

  • Individual products show lead times for dispatch. If you have a mixed order with delivery lead times, in most cases we will hold the instock items and dispatch the entire order together. There are exceptions to this ie larger orders, urgent deliveries etc. We will keep in touch by email so you are well informed of expected delivery times.
